When you rise in early morning then you maintain your health very easily. Some of person have a very great habit to get up in early morning and done yoga with full freshness. Also concerned the some of yoga experts you knowing the basics points of fitness.

Hi friend,
Thanks for posting this nice question.
There are many habits if we change them we can get long lasting life and healthy life and relationship
1. Early to get up and early to bed
2. Do exercise daily early morning and also do it on open place
3. Keep bath daily
4. Have a break fast daily
5. Avoid oily food
6. Get enough sleep
7. Get Salmon Omega 3 and fatty acid
8. Do not hyper soon
9. Keep distance from electronic devices like TV, Mobile at least 2 - 3 hours
10. Read motivational books daily at least 1 - 2 hours.
