Well no doubt that these tips are very nice and effective for a great health. Thanks everyone for sharing. I have also some simple tips for a great health.
1. Do exercise regularly
2. Eat less but healthy food
3. Sleep at least 8 hours in a day
4. Eat fruits daily
5. Avoid junk food
6. Drink plenty of water in a day.

some tips on achieving greater well-being and overall fitness:
Maintain a Healthy Body Weight
Eat Smaller Portions
regular exercise
Get enough sleep
Take care of every part of your body, including your skin and teeth, and don’t neglect your mind.

Meditating constantly then focusing your mind on your breathing during the exercise helps bring a sense of calm into your life. Try reading books about meditation and yoga and you'll see a dramatic change in your life. ;)

Eating the right amount of foods not only assist your mental clarity but improves your power, we know this yet we continue to give in to makeshift temptations which lead to a cycle of unhealthy eating knack. Finally check the labels of the foods you purchase, if you can't declare something do yourself a favor, put it back on the shelf.
