Hi all,
I've a problem in meditation, whenever I tried to concentrate it just break down all the time and not able to make it again, and when I sleep, if one time my sleep break than I van not sleep again the whole night, what is this problem, I check out my health horoscope but no solution. Can anybody sort out my problem?

Every person have his own mind conditioning. Right now your mind may not be ready for doing meditation. First try doing Deep breathing. When your mind wander here and there let it do. simply ignore your thoughts and bring back your attention to breathing. You will have to try this thousands of time. constant practice will lead to better attention and concentration.

Make busy yourself, work to this extend that you become tired up and get sleep well.

Meditation will be the best thing to get rid of your problem of not getting sleep. This will make your mind very control in doing works properly. Try some meditations and Yoga like exercises.
